PHARMACOKINETICS OF Rosuvastatin:Approximately 20% Rosuvastatin absorbed after oral administration. Half life ofRosuvastatin is approximately 19 hours. Rosuvastatin is not widelymetabolized. Maximum time of Peak plasma concentration of Rosuvastatinis 3 to 5 hours. Approximately 78% Rosuvastatin is excreted via bile and 28%excreted by renal excretion.

SIDE EFFECTS OF Rosuvastatin: Many people usethis drug but very few side effects are seen in the patient. In the rare case Rosuvastatincause worsen diabetes. This drug may rarely cause muscle problem like muscle painand weakness.

PRECAUTION: During the pregnancy do not use Rosuvastatinit may harm and unborn baby. Consult with your doctor before thebreast-feeding. Do not take alcohol and do not driving during the dose. Donot take this medication if you have any liver problem.
