Uses of Cilnidipine: Cilnidipine use to treat high blood pressure (Hypertension), Heart related pain, Heart attack.
Side Effects: Side effects of Cilnidipine are common like feet swellings, feel tired, head pain, depression, dizziness, pain in stomach, fast heartbeat. Liver function is one can also see abnormal in a few cases. This side effects not common in everyone, consult doctor or experts if you feel any one of these side effect after use this drug.
Cilnidipine 10 MG Tablet use: Cilnidipine 10 MG tablet is used to treat hypertension along with proper diet and regular exercise to control high blood pressure.  
Reactions: Cilnidipine should not be taken mainly in previous cardiac illnesses like:
Acute unstable cardiac infraction (chest pain due to spasms of the artery supplying the heart muscle)
Cardiogenic shock, which is due to cardiac cause low blood pressure.
Aortic stenos, which is abnormal narrowing of the aortic valve.
Recent heart attack.
Dosage of Cilnidipine:
For adult regularly 5-10 MG once in a day.
Should not exceed 20 MG per day and recommended when it is required.

How should be taken?
Cilnidipine comes in the form of tablet generally take daily as per direction by doctor or physician.
Cilnidipine also take with or without meal.
Warnings:
Cilnidipine is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Therefore, it should not usually be used during pregnancy because other comparably safer alternatives to control blood pressure are available.
Do not drive during this medication as It causes sleepiness and drowsiness while driving, it is advisable.
It is preferable to use this medicine during breast feeding because the extent of excretion of the medicine in mother’s milk is not exactly known.
Using of alcohol with Cilnidipine may cause a decrease in blood pressure so avoid alcohol when taking this medicine.
Consult doctor or expert if you have any heart related problems, liver problems, chest pain about dosage of this medicine. Even strictly prohibited from self-medication. And this medicine is not for children.     
Overdose: If there are chances of excessive lowering blood pressure with an overdose, you must inform immediately emergency medical care. This could be dangerous.
Take it as soon as remember if you missed any dose. If it is almost time of next dose then skip that dose which you missed and continue with next dose. Do not take double dose of Cilnidipine to compensate for a missed one.
Storage of Cilnidipine: Store this medicine in a tight closed container at room temperature.
