Adverse Effects of Erythromycin:

This medicine mayinterfere with certain urine tastes, possibly causing false test results. Makesure laboratory personnel and all your doctors know you use this medicine.

Precautions:

Erythromycin may cause live bacterial vaccines to notwork as well. Erythromycin may cause a condition that affects the heartrhythm. If you have certain medical conditions or are taking other drugs thatmay cause QT prolongation, the risk of heart rhythm (QT prolongation) may beincreased. QT prolongation can rarely cause serious fast/irregular heartbeatand other symptoms that need medical attention urgently.
