HOW TO USE: Take thismedicine orally once a day. Take doses up to 300mg and higher dose should betaken by time intervals. Take this medicine regularly to get maximum effectsand result.

HOW AMISULPRIDEWORKS:Amisulpride blocks the presynaptic dopamine receptors and increase the dopaminetransmission and by this mechanism Amisulpride gives antipsychotic effects.

PHARMACOKINETICSOF AMISULPRIDE: Amisulpride absorbed rapidly after the oral administration. Thebioavaibility of the Amisulpride is around 48%. Amisulpride binds with only 17%of plasma proteins. The half-life of Amisulpride is approximately 12 hours. Amisulprideexcreted by the urination and the elimination half-life of the medicine is12hours.

SIDE EFFECTSOF AMISULPRIDE: The normal side effects caused by Amisulpride are dry mouth,breast pain, irregular menstrual periods in woman, feeling sleepy/ drowsiness,constipation. Some major side effects of Amisulpride are uncontrollable musclemovement, putting weight, breast enlargement in men, anxiety. Some rareallergic side effects like rash, itching, burning of skin are seen in somepatients.

PRECAUTIONS: Tell yourdoctor if you are allergic to the medicine. Ask your doctor’s advice if youhave medical history like diabetes, heart problem, liver problem, kidneydisease, breast cancer or tumour.
