Contraindicated use of Amisulpride in the following disease:
Pheochromocytoma, Concomitant prolactin-dependent E.g. prolactinoma, breast cancer, Movement disorders E.g. Parkinson’s disease and dementia with lewy bodies, Lactation, children before the onset of puberty.
Amisulpride’s minor & major Side Effects:
Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Excessive sweating, Change in heart rate, Severe chest pain, Agitation and anxiety, Constipation, Swelling, pain & redness in the legs, Increased frequency of infections, Sever skin allergy, Seizures, Restless legs, Decreased libido, Weight Gain, Gynacomastia.
USEAGE: Amisulpride use to treat schizophrenia, disturbed thoughts, feeling & behaviour and mind depression.

HOW AMISULPRIDE WORKS DOES: It works by altering mood and thoughts.
PRECAUTIONS: Allergy about rashes, swelling on face, itching, shortness of breath, cough, wheezing, hives and any other signs if had, share to doctors about it.
PRESCRIPTIONS:
Schizophrenia: Its symptoms manage by Amisulpride which are positive symptoms and negative symptoms like hallucinations, thought disorders delusions, emotional & social withdrawal lack of interest etc.

Acute Psychosis: Its symptoms manage by Amisulpride which may seeing and hearing things, dissociative behaviour, depression etc.

OVERDOSE: Moderately dangerous in overdose and Torsade de points also common in overdose.  
MEDICAL USE: Amisulpride was ranked second and demonstrated high effectiveness, in 2013 study in a comparison of 15 antipsychotic drugs in effectiveness in treating schizophrenic. According to other studies in the treatment of schizophrenia appears to have comparable efficacy to olanzapine. In clozapine resistant cases of schizophrenia Amisulpride augmentation, similarly to sulpiride augmentation has been considered a viable treatment option.
